Collage Workshop

Saturday May 4, 2024 | Noon - 3pm
Join our free community art workshop where we'll delve into the art of collage using food wrappings, boxes, and magazine cutouts. Together, we'll reflect on the stigma surrounding foods labeled as unhealthy and consider what external factors might limit a person’s ability to access healthier options.

Artworks created during this workshop will be featured at the SOS ART Hunger/Food Insufficiency Art Event commemorating World Hunger Day on May 28 at Mount Auburn Presbyterian Church, in Cincinnati, OH and in our Community Gallery as a companion to Artist in Residence, Chrissy Collopy’s You are NOT What You Eat exhibition.
Admission is free, but spaces are limited. Registration in advance is required. Click the button below to reserve your spot. Participants are encouraged to bring canned/ boxed foods for donation to local food organizations.
