Suitable for beginners or experienced students, this class explores the fundamentals of yoga to help calm the mind while improving flexibility, balance, and core strength. Classes begin with yoga breathing techniques and movements to warm muscles and joints followed by basic yoga postures. Each class ends with a guided deep relaxation leaving students feeling refreshed and energized. Suitable for all fitness levels. Wear clothes that allow you to move freely. All of our yoga instructors are Certified Yoga Alliance RYT (registered yoga teachers). Mats and props are provided, but students may bring their own.

Using the science of sequence, poses and your breath, Kundalini yoga is a powerful transformation tool for the body, mind and spirit. Each class has a strong focus on self-mastery while working the inner and outer systems for a comprehensive workout. Great for weight loss, enhanced moods and positive mindsets. Appropriate for all fitness levels; modifications will be given. Mats are provided, but students may bring their own.
