The Fitton Center’s Celebrating Self luncheon speaker event - scheduled for Wednesday, January 11 and featuring Tasha Livingston, CEO of 80 Acres Farms – is completely sold out.
As a result, there will be several minor changes to the standard Celebrating Self routine. With such a big crowd expected, parking will be at a premium and guests are encouraged to carpool if possible.
In addition to the 99-space lot at the Fitton Center, there will be spots available at the Community First lot nearby on South 2nd Street, as well as the Presbyterian Church lot on Front Street, facing the hotel.
A parking attendant will be on hand at the front door to assist guests who need to drop somebody off and direct drivers to the additional parking locations.
Doors to the third-floor Carruthers Signature Ballroom open at 10:30 a.m. for guests to find their seats. At 11, staff will direct guests table-by-table when to eat and David Thornton will play live acoustic guitar music in the Ballroom while guests dine.
The program begins with Tasha Livingston at noon, with a Q&A to follow.
The Fitton Center for Creative Arts is located at 101 S. Monument Avenue on the Riverfront in downtown Hamilton, Ohio.
