Hamilton, OH - The season finale for the 2024-2025 Fitton Family Fridays series brought together a pair of beloved children's stories.

Alice in the Hundred Acre Wood put Alice (of Lewis Carol's Through the Looking Glass and What Alice Found There fame) smack in the middle of a mystery set in A.A. Milne's world of Winnie the Pooh.

In fact, playwright Maggie Lou Rader attended the show, enjoying her first viewing since the production's final dress rehearsal several months ago.

Before the show, representatives from the Lane Library helped youngsters make pop-up Pooh honeypot crafts and signed people up for their library cards.

Guests also enjoyed snacks by Two Women in a Kitchen, including grilled cheese sandwiches cut to resemble magnifying glasses.

All in all, a delightful way to wrap up the season. We're looking forward to returning in September with a new slate of stories to share.

Until then, enjoy some images from the evening in the photo gallery below.
