The 2023-2024 Fitton Family Fridays series came to a close April 26 with Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park's clever new adaptation of the C.S. Lewis fantasy classic, The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe.
The Playhouse production only needed two actors to bring the mysterious world of Narnia to life, relying on versatile set pieces, quick costume changes and some imagination to tell the tale.
As ever, guests enjoyed an array of kid-friendly snacks - in this case, mini corn dogs and French bread pizza - provided by catering partner Two Women in a KItchen, snapped family photos and made art in the Creation Station before the show.
The Fitton Family Fridays series returns for the 2024-2025 season, bigger and better than ever September 13. Lexington Children's Theatre brings its production of Winie the Pooh to the Fitton Center. Wear your favorite Pooh costume or get dressed up for a glamorous Red Carpet papparazzi walk. We'll have some more special treats in store, too. Stay tuned for more details.
